Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully prepare every Curves Beauty order, but we understand that unexpected issues can happen.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect
Missing from your order

please contact us promptly at info@curvesbeauty.com.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Shapewear and intimate apparel that has been worn or tried on beyond what is reasonably necessary to check fit
Beauty and personal care products
Opened or used products
Custom or personalized items
Sale and clearance items
Gift cards

All items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition when a return exception has been specifically authorized by Curves Beauty.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer standard exchanges.

Refunds

Standard refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us. Each issue will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided for approved claims.
